SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER, ALZHEIMER'S – Northern New JerseyThis individual will be responsible for the strategic development and tactical implementation of Professional marketing programs designed to drive brand share and increase Rx volume for a major billion-dollar drug, contributing to the achievement of the brand business plan. Must have the competency to partner with diverse business leaders and drive execution. Must ensure one brand, in particular, attain all of its sales and profit goals, and oversee strategic alliance and/or co-promote strategies. In addition, optimize promotional activities using leadership skills across functional lines and include coordination of strategies with the publication and medical teams. This person will also provide strategic input in lifecycle management of the Brand and conduct pre-marketing activities for lifecycle compounds in clinical development Marketing/science degree w/advanced degree, desirable 7 yrs Oncology marketing and product launch experience with minimum 4 yrs in Oncology marketing Oncology sales and/or commercial development experience Experience with business brand planning and Lifecycle planning P&L responsibilities This individual will be responsible for the strategic development and tactical implementation of marketing programs designed to build brand/franchise awareness for lymphoma brand. Analyze/ achieve team consensus and commitment for product positioning within existing marketplace, build relationships with KOLs, anticipate market events, plan strategies to address key business opportunities Marketing/science degree (MBA, preferred) 4 yrs Oncology sales and marketing experience with 3 yrs in Oncology marketing Product launch experience Prior experience working with, and directing agencies and strategic vendors Experience working with patient advocacy groups and proven track MD board-certified in neurology or psychiatry 8+ yrs pharmaceutical industry experience working on CNS clinical trials Experience working with the FDA Experience working in CNS medical affairs, a plus Strong networking skills in biopharmaceutical research Highly-developed leadership skills working with global teams |
