Since 1994, I have completed multiple Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Marketing searches for several industry leaders such as Alexion, Compaq Computer, GE, Levi Strauss, Lucent Technologies, Searle and Sprint, and since specializing in healthcare, Abbott Laboratories, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Eisai, Hoffmann-LaRoche, Medtronic, Pfizer, Quest Diagnostics and Takeda as well as Wyeth

Over the years, I have also helped clients enhance their Neuroscience franchises with Medical Directors who had extensive industry experience, and who were also board-certified in psychiatry and neurology; I specialize in working only with individuals who have top-tier MBAs, PhDs, MD, and/or PharmD degrees, and significant management consulting, business development, and marketing/new product planning experience.

Before founding CNS-ExecutiveSearch, I had created the Health and Life Sciences practice for one search firm after spending 10 years with another search firm. For most of that time, I also worked only with individuals from McKinsey & Company, The Boston Consulting Group, and other strategic consulting firms.

Additionally, I have a background in sales and significant experience working in healthcare, once supporting the Chairman of Physiology, a renowned MD/PhD neuroscientist and his staff, and later the Chairman of Surgery, one of the pioneers in open-heart surgery, both at New York University Medical Center.
